Ockel of Providence, Rhode Island, 52mm, heavy 14K rose gold OF original J&S (Jeannot & Shiebler) case with ornate monogram initials to rear, gold cuvette, glazed observation cover over mvt, white enamel DS dial, SW-SS, fully capped lever escapement, 20-21J, wolf's tooth winding, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#9168. Gross weight of assembled watch 73.5 dwt (114.3 g). An excellent example throughout.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running after a sluggish start, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some typical scattered micro-fine scratches; flawless dial; excellent hands, oxide to tip of minute; case shows little wear, mild small dent to lower-central portion of rear with corresponding small dent to cuvette, few dings and nicks to band, good engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows medium wear with ridge break; good glass crystals.
